The Client’s vision for this project is to create a vibrant space that reflects their global presence This compact space needs to accommodate about 100 staff including programmers from different categories Another design criterion is to encourage interaction with other staff and informal work process. Different space planning options were prepared and analyzed to ensure all the design attributes were complied with the Visual theme also reflects the informal attributes of the workspace and enhances the interaction. All the MEP services are seamlessly integrated with the spaces for efficient operation.
