The site of this project is located in the temple town of sirkazhi However the clients intended to develop a marriage hall with all necessary amenities that portrays the contemporary needs of the tourist friendly town. All the amenities are planned efficiently without violating the stringent statutory regulations of the local development regulation authorities This diversity in space planning requirements warrants a column free long span structure and an efficient MEP system. Since the main facade is facing the west side of the plot, an efficient skin has been designed to minimize solar insolation and hence reduce the cooling load of the Air conditioning systems.
