In this project MRN has designed the complex site infrastructure facilities for both existing apartments and proposed multi-storied apartment blocks. The Infrastructure includes complete redesign of Roads, water supply network, sewage and drainage systems, Rain water harvesting systems and tanks, street lighting. electrical systems (DG’s, transformer yards) and networks, Fire protection system and network, sewage treatment plant, Landscape design and Parking for all existing and proposed towers. All the infrastructure facilities are designed with GRIHA three star rated attributes without compromising on critical parameters that increases the cost of the project. The entire project is designed and coordinated in a very short span of time.
