The site of this project is located in the edge of Chennai – Bangalore national highway. Hence it’s been decided to develop this project as an iconic structure that provides the sense of place. This project involves diverse space planning programmes including a 500-capacity marriage hall with dinning and kitchen, two party halls, rooms for lodging, a restaurant with an integrated swimming pool, and required car parking. This diversity in space planning requirements warrants a column free-long span structure and an efficient MEP system. Every parameter of the design has been optimally designed to deliver an iconic integrated community complex.
